રહેશે વિક્ષેપ સદા તને બહારનો ને અંદરનો તો મંદિરે

નડશે વિક્ષેપ તારો પોતાનો તને તો મનમંદિરે

પડશે ભૂલવી તારી ને અન્યની હાજરી દેવમંદિરે

રહેશે ભૂલવી તારી પોતાની હાજરી તો મનમંદિરે

હશે વાતાવરણ તો મંદિરે ધૂપ ને સુગંધે મહેકતું

પડશે રાખવું મહેકતું સત્કર્મોથી આંગણું મનમંદિરનું

બનશે મુશ્કેલ મળવી એકલતા તો સદા દેવમંદિરે

પડશે મુશ્કેલ ગોતવી એકલતા તો નિજ મનમંદિરે

હશે તું અને મૂર્તિ `મા’ ની, સદા સામે તો મનમંદિરે

જાજે તું ઓગળી એમાં સ્થાપી મૂર્તિ સદા મનમંદિરે

gayō cūkī pūjavuṁ, manamaṁdirē mūrti tārī tō sthāpī

nā rahī śakē tārī mūrti, maṁdiranī tō sāthē nē sāthē

rahēśē tō mūrti manamaṁdiranī tō sadāyē pāsē nē pāsē

rahēśē vikṣēpa sadā tanē bahāranō nē aṁdaranō tō maṁdirē

naḍaśē vikṣēpa tārō pōtānō tanē tō manamaṁdirē

paḍaśē bhūlavī tārī nē anyanī hājarī dēvamaṁdirē

rahēśē bhūlavī tārī pōtānī hājarī tō manamaṁdirē

haśē vātāvaraṇa tō maṁdirē dhūpa nē sugaṁdhē mahēkatuṁ

He has forgotten to worship you in the temple of his own heart.

In the temple, you will always be distracted by things going on inside and outside of the temple.
