કંઈક વાત એવી બને માડી, જે સમજી ના સમજાય

તાળો મેળવવા બેસું એનો તો તાળો ન મળે ક્યાંય
સાંભળવા ને જોવામાં અંતર ઘણા પડી જાય
અનુભવ જીવનના, માડી કંઈક જુદુંજ કહી જાય
ગણતરી કરી પગલાં ભરું, તોય પગલાં ખોટાં પડી જાય
આશ્વાસન સદા હૈયે ધરું, ભાગ્યમાં લખ્યું હોય તે થાય
આશાઓ ભરી હૈયે ઘણી, આંખ સામે અનેક તૂટી જાય
ધાર્યું ન હોય જીવનમાં, એ તો સામે આવી મળી જાય
તારો ખેલ છે અનોખો માડી, સમજ્યો ના સમજાય
તારી કૃપા ઉતરે જ્યારે, ભાગ્ય તો પળમાં પલટાય

There are many things that happen Oh Divine Mother, which are never understood.
Even if I try to search for the right lock, I cannot find the lock.
There is a lot of difference in what I listen and what I see.

Even if I take steps carefully and with lot of calculation, the steps turn out to be wrong.
I then console the heart that whatever is written in the destiny shall always happen.
