જોતાં રહ્યાં છીએ જગમાં માયા તારી માડી
જોતાં રહ્યાં છીએ જગમાં માયા તારી માડી
વીતી રહી છે તો જિંદગી માડી સારી
જકડી લીધું છે જ્યાં હૈયું, એણે તો ભારી
હૈયેથી હવે છોડવી એને, લાગે છે અકારી
સાચું ખોટું ખૂબ કરાવી, માયાએ બહુ નાચ નચાવી
ખૂંપી ગયો એમાં ભારી, તુજથી રહ્યો છે ભાગી
કદી કદી તો રહે મુજને એ તો ખૂબ હસાવી
બીજી ઘડીએ એ તો રહે મુજને તો ખૂબ રડાવી
કદી કામ ક્રોધનાં હૈયે તૂફાન રહે ખૂબ જગાવી
કદી લોભ લાલચે હૈયાને રહે એ તો લપટાવી
ઋષિ મુનિઓ પણ ગયા છે એનાથી હારી
માયા તારી માડી, રહી છે સદા એ તો ન્યારી
કદી કદી દિનમાં રહે છે એ તો તારા બતાવી
વ્હાલાને પણ પળમાં કરી દે વૈરી બનાવી
બચાવજે સદા તું મુજને એનાથી માડી
વિનંતી સદા આ બાળની, લેજે તું સ્વીકારી

In this Gujarati Bhajan Kakaji is throwing light on the Illusions created by the Divine Mother.
Kakaji explains
I keep on looking for the illusions you have created in this world.
My whole life is passing by O'Mother. It has encroached up my heart very strongly.
And illusions leaving the heart seems to be difficult.
Whether true or false, the Illusions have made to dance a lot.
Being heavy in it, I am running away from you.
Sometimes it makes me laugh a lot, In the second hour it makes me cry a lot.
Sometimes it awokes a lot of anger & lust in my heart.
Sometimes greed clings to the heart, the impact is so powerful that even the sages have been defeated from it.
Your illusions O'Mother are always unique.
Sometimes it shows stars in the day.
At times it makes the lover too an enemy.
Kakaji further prays to the Divine Mother
To save him always from it & pleads to accept this as a child's request.
