Mukyu Jag Nu Sukh Ek Palla Ma, Madi Taru Pallu Nami Jaaye

(Almighty Mother, God)

Gujarati Bhajan no. 574 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati Bhajan Kakaji is comparing all the happiness and wonders of the world which turn to be a dwarf infront of the Divine Mother's grace. As she is the ultimate, all the materialistic things of the world are of nil value infront of the Divine Mother.

Kakaji explains
Put all the happiness of the world in one part of the weighing scale O'Mother but your part of the scale sags.
Saw laughter on many faces in the world, but nobody can be compared to you.
Saw many powerful human beings, they are not even a miniscule part of you.
Saw many beautiful things in the world, but nobody is as beautiful as you.
Saw the pious water of the Ganges, but still your purity rises high.
Saw the vastness of the sky, but it too is imbibed in you.
Saw even the deep sea, but your depth can't be known.
Went searching for stability in the world, but like you did not find anything stable.
Accepted the love of many in this world, but it fades away infront of your love & compassion.
Went searching for happiness in this world, but did not find happiness anywhere except you.
Whether demon or human all bow down to you, but nobody is found as humble as you anywhere.
Even the sunlight fades away, but it too can't be compared to you.
By giving various illustrations, Kakaji wants to state that the whole world is imbibed in the Almighty. So there is nothing in this world which can be compared to the Almighty's grace, as whatever is prevailing in this world is due to its blessings.
