He is saying...
The karmas (actions) of this whole world, Divine Mother will weigh on her scale,
Not even a minute mistake will occur, she will weigh it precisely.
You try to hide your karmas, still she will weigh all of them precisely on her scale,
Not even a minute mistake will occur, she will weigh it precisely.
Actions that ate done intentionally or unintentionally, she will weigh it all.
Account of your sins and virtues, she will weigh it precisely.
Even every breath that you have taken, she will weigh it on her scale.
Not even a minute mistake will occur, she will weigh it precisely.
Your own desires which are still unknown to you, she will weigh it with her scale.
Karmas (actions) of countless creatures will be weighed, there will be no difference in there.
Account of every second of your time, she will weigh,
Not even a minute mistake will occur, she will weigh it precisely.
Leaving all the bungles of your karmas (actions), allow her to manage.
True prayer of yours from your your soul will hold her back.

Kaka is explaining that we do innumerable actions in the journey of life, some intentionally and some unintentionally, some sinful acts and some virtuous acts. All our actions are observed, monitored and accounted by Divine intricately. Eventually, we are answerable to God, therefore we should make sincerely effort to turn within and listen to what soul has to say and transform our mind energy of action into divine energy of stillness which is infinite and eternal.
