ખોલ જરા ચોપડો ને ઉઘાડ તો તારું પાનું

હિસાબ જો તારો એમાં, રહેશે ના તુજથી કોઈ છાનું
લખાયા અક્ષરો એમાં, કર્યા કર્મો તે તારા દ્વારા
ના છટકાશે તો એમાં, કાઢ ના હવે તો કોઈ બ્હાના
વાંચીને કર્મો તો તારા, ના ચોંક તું હવે તો જરા
પડી માયામાં ને કીધા, વાંચે છે તું તો હવે એવા
જનમોજનમ અક્ષરો છે લખાયા, હજી નથી એ તો ભુંસાયા
ખોલશે જ્યારે તારું પાનું, પડશે બધા એ તો વાંચવા
કરશે યત્નો જો એને ભૂંસવા, બનશે કોરું તારું પાનું
કરજે કર્મો તું એવા, ઇચ્છે જે તું એમાં લખવાનું

khola jara chopado ne ughada to taaru panum
hisaab jo taaro emam, raheshe na tujathi koi chhanum
lakhaya aksharo emam, karya karmo te taara dwaar
na chhatakashe to emam, kadha na have to koi bhaan
vanchine karmo to tara, na chonka tu have to jara
padi maya maa ne kidha, vanche che tu to have eva
janamojanama aksharo che lakhaya, haji nathi e to bhunsaya
kholashe jyare taaru panum, padashe badha e to vanchava

In this bhajan, Shri Devendra Ghia, our Guruji, Fondly called Pujya Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is reflecting about Law of Karma (Law of cause and effect).
He is saying...
Open your book and flip through the pages, and see your accounts in there. You will not be able to hide anything.
It's filled with your own handwriting (your own actions), you can not ignore it, do not make any excuses for it. Reading about your actions, do not be shocked now.
Immersed in illusion, you did all the actions, now, you are understanding the impact of your actions, which are documented and accumulated since many lives. They are still not written off.

Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining that your karmas are all your own and consequences of those actions also will be faced by only you. The validity of this account of your karmas (actions) is infinite till you actually make efforts to erase it. Divine grace can only facilitate with the severity of the burden, you have no choice but to bear the burden of the actions. Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is throwing just a beam of light on fundamental topic of Divine Law of Karma (cause and effect).
