(Nature, Gods play)

Gujarati Bhajan no. 756 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
He is saying...
You are playing hide and seek, O Mother, always playing hide and seek.
Since ages, O Mother , you are playing hide and seek.
Sometimes you are seen, and again you disappear, always play hide and seek.
cannot find her, where she is hiding,
always playing hide and seek.
Can not find her in brightness or darkness, always playing hide and seek.
Sometimes you are seen as a child, sometimes as a youth,or sometimes as aged.
Always playing hide and seek.
Binding us in karma(actions), and you are bounded by love, always playing hide and seek.
You are not much accessible to Gods but you are surely accessible to humans, always playing hide and seek.
You are softer than flowers and harder than stone, always playing hide and seek.
You come in front of us, then also we do not recognise you, always playing hide and seek.
Kaka is explaining here different forms of Divine Mother, sometimes as a child or sometimes as aged, sometimes soft as a flower or sometimes hard as a stone. Sometimes she is seen, sometimes not seen. As a matter of fact, Divine Mother is everywhere and in everything, but the fact is that our actions, our emotions are actually so contrasting that you feel that she is playing hide and seek. It's our morals and values that are playing hide and seek.
