સાથ છૂટયો જ્યાં સહુનો, આંસુએ તો સાથ દઈ દીધો

નિરાશાના વમળે તો, હૈયાનો કબજો તો લઈ લીધો
વૃત્તિ પાપની વધતી રહી, પુણ્યનો પંથ ચૂક્તો ગયો
દયાના દાન ના મળતાં, કડવાશનો છોડ હૈયે ઊગી ગયો
પ્રેમના દર્શન દુર્લભ બન્યા, વૈરમાં તો ડૂબતો રહ્યો
સાચું ખોટું વીસરી ગયો, ઘૂંટડો ઝેરનો ભરતો ગયો
હૈયે ઉચાટ તો વધતો રહ્યો, અશાંતિના શ્વાસ લેતો ગયો
હૈયે શાંતિ ઝંખતો રહ્યો, આંસુનો સાથ લેતો રહ્યો
સંતોના દર્શન કરતો ગયો, પુણ્યનો ઉદય થઈ ગયો
સાચી રાહે ચડી ગયો, શાંતિનો અનુભવ થઈ ગયો

In this bhajan on life approach, our Guruji, Shri Devendra Ghia, fondly called Pujya Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is reflecting on reactions that we experience due to our ignorance and lack of understanding.
He is saying...
When you lose companionship of others, tears become your companion.
When effects of bad karmas (actions) are erupted, then your own also deject you.
I am trying to tell you my story, only halfway through, I have reached you.
A whirpool of disappointments has captured my heart,
I feel like committing sins and I am swaying away from virtuous acts.
When I did not receive any kindness from others, the bitterness started rising in my heart,
Not finding any love around, I started drowning in feelings for revenge.
I forgot all about right and wrong, and started gulping poison.
Anxiety started rising in my heart, and I started breathing the air of unrest.
Then I started longing for peace and kept on crying.
I visited saints and got their vision, and virtue has risen within.
I found true path, I experienced divine peace.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining the concept of reaction to dejection. He is explaining that when we are left by others due to any reasons like death, or misunderstanding, or miscommunication and so on, we feel dejected and go on a roller coaster ride of negative emotions like disappointment, revenge, anxiety and so on. If we are spiritually oriented and in closeness with saints and higher souls, then we are guided towards spirituality which eventually helps us with calmness and peace from within irrespective of external circumstances. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional, loss is unavoidable, grief isn’t.
Saints are an entity of unlimited kindness and benevolence.
