કરશે સાચવવા ખૂબ જતન, તોય રાખમાં એ તો મળી જાશે
આંખ સામે તું જોતો આવ્યો, બદલી એમાં તો નવ થાશે
તું પણ એમાંથી મુક્ત નથી રહેવાનો, સત્ય આ સમજજે
ખાધું-પીધું અહીંનુ અહીં રહેવાનું, સાથે નહીં લઈ જવાશે
ના કોઈ લઈ ગયો, ના તું લઈ જાશે, અપવાદ એમાં ના થાશે
પંચતત્ત્વની બની છે તો કાયા, પંચતત્ત્વમાં તો મળી જાશે
ઉધાર લીધું પાછું પડશે દેવું, અફસોસ હૈયે તો ના ધરજે
સુખદુઃખ છે શરીર સાથે, ભોક્તા એનો તો નવ બનજે
પરમાત્મા સાથે છે સબંધ સીધો તારો, એ તું તો ના ભૂલજે
ભાવ ને મનને સ્થિર કરીને, તું સ્થિરતામાં સદા પ્રવેશજે
ના કહેતાં, પણ તારો શાશ્વત સાથે શાશ્વત સબંધ બંધાશે

khādhuṁ-pīdhuṁ ahīṁnu ahīṁ rahēvānuṁ, sāthē nahīṁ laī javāśē

paṁcatattvanī banī chē tō kāyā, paṁcatattvamāṁ tō malī jāśē
udhāra līdhuṁ pāchuṁ paḍaśē dēvuṁ, aphasōsa haiyē tō nā dharajē
sukhaduḥkha chē śarīra sāthē, bhōktā ēnō tō nava banajē
paramātmā sāthē chē sabaṁdha sīdhō tārō, ē tuṁ tō nā bhūlajē
bhāva nē mananē sthira karīnē, tuṁ sthiratāmāṁ sadā pravēśajē
nā kahētāṁ, paṇa tārō śāśvata sāthē śāśvata sabaṁdha baṁdhāśē

He is saying...
With great efforts, you have taken care of your body, ultimately, it will catch many diseases.
You will make many efforts to care for this body, eventually, it will become ashes.
You have been seeing this in front of your eyes, this order will never change. You will not be able to free yourself from this order, understand this truth completely.
All your glory will remain here only, won’t be able to take it with you. Nobody has been able to take, and you will also not be able to take. There is no exceptions in there.
This body is made of five elements, and ultimately, you will merge in these five elements. This rented body will have to be given back. Don’t regret it ever.
Joy and sorrow is only connected with this body, don’t indulge in it.
You have direct connection with Supreme Soul, this you should never forget.
Calm your emotions and mind, and you enter into the world of stillness, even though it is not said, you will establish eternal connection with Divine.
Kaka is very beautifully explaining to shift our focus from this temporarily rented body to our own eternal soul. Make efforts to redeem our soul into Supreme Soul. To make this connection, we must calm our mind and emotions. A person is affirmative if his mind is stable and focused. The transformation of mind energy of action into Divine energy of stillness is spirituality. Goal of spirituality is to identify with stillness, not the movement.
