મળ્યું જીવનમાં દુઃખ તો જે જે, સુખ એને તો ગણ્યું
મળ્યું જીવનમાં દુઃખ તો જે જે, સુખ એને તો ગણ્યું
કર્તા તારી નજરમાં, આ બધું કેમ ના વસી રે ગયું
ધરી હૈયે હિંમત, કર્યો જીવનમાં તો મુસીબતોનો મુકાબલો
ખંખેરી હૈયેથી, મળી જીવનમાં જે નિરાશા, શું એ તું ભૂલી ગયો
કીધા યત્નો પામવા તો તને, ભૂલો ભલે કરતો ગયો
માયામાં તો ભટકતો રહ્યો, મનડાંથી બધે ફરતો રહ્યો
ના ચોખ્ખો છું હૈયાથી, ના કરું દાવો તો ચોખ્ખાઈનો
છે નામ તારું તો પાવનકારી, વિશ્વાસ હૈયે તો ધરતો રહ્યો
કીધા યત્નો ઘણા સુધરવા, સદા નિષ્ફળતાને વર્યો
સફળતા તો છે તારે હાથ, ધીરે ધીરે એ સમજતો થયો

Made many efforts to attain you, even though, I kept on making many mistakes, and kept on wandering in illusion, and in my mind.
I am not pure in my heart, and I am not claiming to be one. Your name is auspicious, that faith I held in my heart. Made many efforts to improve, but remained unsuccessful.
Success lies in your hand, slowly, slowly I understood the same.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is introspecting that even if we have correct approach and correct attitude in life, but if we cannot detach ourselves from this worldly matters and have purity in heart and complete faith in Divine, our efforts will never be acknowledged. Success of our spiritual growth lies only in the hands of Divine. Without Divine Grace, spiritual endeavour is not possible.
