The wheel of the universe keeps moving, and the order never changes.
We have seen high tide turning into low tide and also seen low tide turning into high tide,

We have seen full moon turning into new moon and new moon again turning into full moon,
The wheel of the universe keeps moving and the order never changes.
We have seen breaking of chain of thoughts, and we have also seen joining back of the chain of thoughts,

Kaka is explaining that the only constant thing in this universe is change. Everything and everyone changes. Only thing that remains same is the order of the change. He has explained this by many examples like day and night, high tide and low tide, full moon and new moon, highs and lows, life and death, good and bad, and so on. He is also explaining that the cosmic arrangement is such that it moves in Synergy with the universal consciousness, and in this cosmic arrangement, everything serves a purpose. He is explaining the Law of the Nature that everything is cohesive and together. Each one is everything and everything is each one. Everything in this universe is bound by Law of Nature. There is no exception to that.
