નામ સ્મરણ કરતા તારું, જગમાં પાપી પાવન થાય
નોરતે નોરતે માડી, તારા તેજ અનોખા તો ફેલાય
તેજે તેજે માડી, બાળુડાંના હૈયે ઉમંગ તો ઊભરાય
શેરીયે શેરીયે ને ફળિયે ફળિયે તારી ગરબીઓ રચાય
ગરબીએ સહુ ઘૂમી માડી, તારા ગુણલા તો ગાય
તારી ચેતના તો જગમાં રેલાય, સહુ ચેતનામાં નહાય
ઉમંગે ઉમંગે સહુ ગરબા ગાતા, આનંદ ત્યાં તો ફેલાય
આશા સાથે સહુ કોઈ આવે, આશાઓ તો પૂરી થાય
નમન તને તો કરીને સહુ, ધન્ય ધન્ય થઈ જાય
વરસભરનો થાક તો માડી, તારા નોરતે ઉતરી જાય

In every expanses of land, O Divine Mother, The glory of yours is sung.
With chanting of your name, O Divine Mother, even the sinner gets blessed.
Every Norta (nine auspicious nights), O Divine Mother, your radiance is spread.
With the spread of your radiance, O Divine Mother, the joy is spread in every heart.
In every corner of the streets, clay lantern (Garbi-symbol of Divine energy) is lit up.
Every one is dancing (Garba) in circle around the clay lantern, and singing songs in praises of your virtues.
Your consciousness is spreading around the world, O Divine Mother, everyone is taking a dip in this Divine Consciousness.
Everyone is dancing with joy and happiness is spreading around.
Everyone is coming with hopes, and everyone ‘s hopes are fulfilled.
Everyone is bowing to you, O Divine Mother, and everyone is blessed.
The tiredness of the whole year seems to be just disappearing during Navratri ( festival of nine auspicious nights of Divine Mother).
Hearts are exhilarated and new beautiful morning is experienced.
