(Knowledge, Truth, Thanks)

Gujarati Bhajan no. 1016 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati bhajan, he is symbolising lamps for humans.
He is saying...
With the carving of a body, Divine Mother carved many unique lamps (human beings).
With different unique looks, Divine Mother has created different lamps.
With radiance of eyes, these lamps are kindled with light.
With support of the breath, the lamps are able to move around.
Even the gust of wind cannot extinguish these lamps.
Even the rain cannot soak away these lamps.
With food, the fuel is filled in these lamps.
With support of Divine Mother, and under the cover of body, these lamps are moving around on the earth.
With flames, young and old, all lamps are burning.
With removal of the support from Divine Mother, these lamps are dissolved.
In this bhajan, Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is symbolising human beings with lamps. He is explaining that human beings are surviving and living on this earth solely because of the energy of Divine Mother. The moment, this energy is withdrawn, the life is also dissolved. And, the body, which is carved by Divine Mother herself merges in ashes. Our survival, existence, our power, our strength is all because of the blessings of Divine Mother. Without the grace of Divine Mother nothing is possible. Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is urging us to be grateful for everything in life even for the life itself.
