Gujarati Bhajan no. 1130 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati bhajan on self realisation,
He is saying...
You will accumulate a lot in this world for the physical body (gross existence), but nothing will come with you.
Selfless deeds will only remain in your hands in the end.
You come alone, and with closed fists, when you come in this world.
You are not even aware of what will happen to you the next moment.
There is no end of yours, only you will remain in the end.
Going and coming of yours will never stop (rebirths) till you do not become aware from within.
You have received unstable physical body to become aware from within.
Utilise your body for true purpose, don’t engage your mind in your body.
Forget about this world, forget about this body, just concentrate your mind with your inner being.
When you will realise about true self, you will find the whole world inside you.
Kaka is explaining that our physical body, mind and intellect are outer layers enveloping the inner self, the true self. Our identification with impermanent outer components of our being is leading us to the never ending cycle of births. Kaka is urging us to use our physical body, mind and intellect as medium to reach our true inner self, and to use them as tools to attain the final goal of self realization.
