સો ગળણે ગાળી, પીજે તું પાણી (2)

જોઈને દેખાવ બહારના, જોજે તું છેતરાતો ના
ભર્યું હશે જો ઝેર સોનાના પાત્રમાં, તેથી એ પીવાશે ના
મળે અમૃત જો ઠીકરામાં, તેથી ત્યજી દેવાય ના
જ્ઞાન મળે ભલે રંક પાસેથી, તેથી અવગણતો ના
કાદવમાંથી મળેલ સોનાની કિંમત ઘટશે ના
કાંકરો સમજી મળેલ હીરાને ફેંકી દેવાશે ના
ક્રોધમાં પણ પ્રેમ મળે, કરવું સહન ભૂલતો ના
મીઠા શબ્દોમાં જો વાસના ભળે, ત્યાં તું ઠગાતો ના
પારસમણિને પથ્થર સમજી, ફેંકી દેવાશે ના

bharyu hashe jo jera sonana patramam, tethi e pivashe na
male anrita jo thikaramam, tethi tyaji devaya na

In this beautiful Gujarati bhajan, Kakaji is making us aware about the truth and giving us knowledge to understand, that our life is invaluable. We need to make the utmost use of it, to live a peaceful and happy life.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) ji explains
To drink water you need to filter it.
If looking at the outside world, do not be fooled.
If poison is filled in gold container, still it cannot be drunk.
If nectar is found in shards, then too it shall not be abandoned.
When you get knowledge from a poor.
It cannot be ignored.
The value of gold, received from mud shall not be decreased.
The diamond found in the form of pebbles cannot be thrown away.
Love is found even in anger,
do not forget to bear it.
If lust is mixed with sweets then do not be deceived by it.
Considering a Philosopher's Stone as a normal stone, cannot be thrown away.
Getting a human body is quite rare, never ever forget it.
Here Kakaji says
The recognition of a human is not from where it belongs, it is for the good values and deeds it is known for.
