ઊગ્યું રે, જીવનમાં આજે તો એક નવલું પ્રભાત

નિશાના અંધારા રે, ગયા ધીરે ધીરે આજે તો વિખરાઈ - રે
ફૂટયા કિરણો સોનેરી રે, છવાયો હૈયે આનંદ ને ઉલ્લાસ - રે
સરી ના જતો રે, ભુલાયો છે રે જ્યાં તારો તો ભૂતકાળ - રે
વાદળ ઘેરાયેલા આકાશથી, ફૂટશે રે કિરણો તો સદાય - રે
અજવાળે કરજે પથ પૂરો રે, વેડફજે સમય ના લગાર - રે
નિરાશામાં સરી ના જાજે રે, લાગશે તો શક્તિ પર ઘા - રે
સંકલ્પે બળવાન બનીને રે, ભરજે તું મક્કમ ડગલાં - રે
શુભારંભ કરી, જાળવજે યત્નો રે, જોજે શુભ અંતની રાહ - રે

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati Bhajan Kakaji has taken an approach towards life, and is making us determined and strong towards our decisions in life. As we cannot accept despair so easily in life. He is making us fully strong and positive.
Kakaji explains
Wake up today to a new dawn in life.
The complete darkness is slowly and steadily spreading all over
The golden rays have bursted, and covered the hearts with, cheerfulness and happiness.
Do not be pulled out in your forgetful past.
From the sky surrounded by clouds, rays shall erupt forever.
Complete your path in brightness. Do not be delayed in it.
Do not be pulled out in despair, it shall wound your strength a lot and make you weak.
Taking a strong resolution, be determined to take a powerful step and move ahead.
By making an auspicious start, and maintaining those efforts, wait for an auspicious end .
Kakaji concludes
By saying the one who functions always achieves it, and further wants us to be cautious, See to it that the determination is not broken.
