સમજી જે મૌન રહ્યો, મેદાન એ તો મારી ગયો
બે વચ્ચે જે ટપકી પડયો, કિંમત કોડીની કરી ગયો
તાકાત વિના જે બાખડી પડયો, ઇજ્જત ધૂળમાં મેળવી ગયો
ક્રોધે જે ધૂંધવાઈ ગયો, ક્રોધમાં કાબૂ ખોઈ બેઠો
ન કરવાનું કરી ગયો, પસ્તાવે એ તો જલતો રહ્યો
વિચાર વિના કૂદી પડયો, સામનામાં એ તૂટી પડયો
રાહ જોવું એ ભૂલી ગયો, હાથ ઘસતો એ રહી ગયો
અનિષ્ટને તો ઊત્તેજી રહ્યો, પરિણામે તો ચોંકી ગયો
ભૂલની ભૂલ જ્યાં સમજી ગયો, રાહ ખૂલ્લો કરી ગયો

In this Gujarati bhajan, Pujya Kakaji is saying…
One who is humble and bows down is liked by everyone, but one who bows down a lot, becomes subject to a doubt.
One who remains silent when it is required, wins the game in the end.
One who interferes between the two, loses his respect eventually.
One who fights without the strength, loses his respect too.
One who shivers in anger and loses control over his anger, will do what is not required and will burn in repentance.
One who jumps in without thinking, will break himself in his jump.
One who forgets to be patient will remain just rubbing his hands (empty handed).
One who is over excited and insincere, will be shocked with the result in the end.
As one understands the mistake in a mistake, then the doors will open up.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining various aspects of practicality in this bhajan. He is explaining that one must think things through, be patient, be calm and acknowledge the strength and weaknesses and act accordingly, then the correct action will be taken and there will be no repentance afterwards. In the end , he is also suggesting that one must acknowledge and understand their mistakes, so there will be more clarity in the actions taken later on.
