Kaka is explaining that there are so many events that happen in life, are not logical and not as per expectations. The reason for such occurrence is nothing else, but past Karmas. The effects of these karmas are emerging in this life. He is explaining this by giving many examples like healthy person suffering from illness, or the hard work not showing any results, or the honest person is taken as a liar or the most powerful one is ignored and so on.
Kaka is urging us to keep our karmas pure, noble, and God centric.
