બાળ જાણી માડી તારે ખોળલે ખેલાવજે

માથે હાથ ધરી, તારી આશિષ તું વરસાવજે
ભૂલ કદી જો થાય માડી, તો માફી, તું આપજે
પંથ ભૂલેલા આ બાળને, મારગ તું બતાવજે
નિરાધાર એવા આ બાળની આધાર તું બનજે
મુસીબતની ઝંઝાવાતમાં આ બાળને સાચવજે
અજ્ઞાન કેરા અંધકારમાં, તું જ્ઞાન જ્યોત પ્રગટાવજે
કાળ કેરા ડરથી મને નિર્ભય તું બનાવજે
મારા ભક્તિ કેરા ફૂલમાં, ફોરમ તું ફેલાવજે
મારા નયનોમાં સદા તું, શુદ્ધ પ્રેમ રેલાવજે
સત્ય જ્ઞાન કેરા પથ પર તું મુજને ચલાવજે

baal jaani maadi taare kholale khelaavje
maathe haath dhari, taari aashish tu varsaavje
bhul kadi jo thaay maadi, to maphi, tu aapje
panth bhulela a balane, maarg tu bataavje
niradhaar eva a baalni aadhaar tu banje
musibat ni jhanjhavat maa a baalne saachavje
ajnan kera andhakaramam, tu jnaan jyot pragataavje
kaal kera darthi mane nirbhay tu banaavje
maara bhakti kera phulamam, phoram tu phelaavje
maara nayano maa saad tum, shuddh prem relaavje
satya jnaan kera path paar tu mujh ne chalaavje

Explanation in English
Here Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) explains,
Play with me like a mother who plays with her infant.
With your hand always on my head, bless me.
If I make mistakes, do forgive me and show the correct path to this child who went astray.
Uncorroborated I have been, so please be my foundation and help through the struggles of my life.
Please light the fire of your knowledge and ward off the ignorance within me.
Make me fearless with the concern of *Kaal ( time, destiny, death).
Help my devotion flourish like a garden of beautiful flowers.
Please give me the ability to see everyone through the lens of pure love.
Please help me to always walk on the path of righteousness.
And lastly, allow me to bathe in the nectar of your devotion.
