ઊંચે ઊંચે આસને બેસીને માડી, તું જગને નીરખે સદાય

ખૂણેખાંચરે કરેલા કર્મોના માડી તારી પાસે લેખા લેવાય
મનમાં ઊઠતાં વિચારો માડી, નથી રહેતા તારાથી અજાણ્યા જરાય
કૂડકપટ જો તારાથી કરીએ માડી, એમાંથી ક્યાંથી છુટાય
કરેલા કર્મો અને વિચારો માડી, માયામાં માનવી ભૂલી જાય
તારા ચોપડે તો રહેતી સર્વ નોંધો, માડી એ ભૂંસી ના ભુંસાય
શક્તિ તારી દેખાય ના માડી, જગના સંચારમાં તારી શક્તિ દેખાય
મૂરખ મન માનવી, ખોટા અહંમાં માડી, સદા ગોથાં ખાય
અહં છૂટતા હૈયે ભાવ ઊભરાય, માડી તું તારા પગલાં પાડી જાય
તારી કૃપા જ્યારે ઉતરે માડી, અમારા હિસાબની ચિંતા જાય

mann maa uthatam vicharo maadi, nathi raheta tarathi ajanya jaraya

karela karmo ane vicharo maadi, maya maa manavi bhuli jaay
taara chopade to raheti sarva nondho, maadi e bhunsi na bhunsaya

You sit on a high pedestal Mother, You observe the whole world
You have the record of every deed performed in every nook and corner
The thoughts arising in the mind Mother, You are not a stranger to it
If we play wicked games with You Mother, how will one escape from it
The deeds performed and the thoughts portrayed Mother, the human forgets all about it
Your books have all the record Mother, they cannot be deleted or erased
Your power and strength cannot be seen Mother, Your power can be seen in the worldly affairs
The foolish mind of men, the false ego Mother, is always in doldrums
When the ego departs, the heart swells with emotions, You leave Your footsteps Mother
When You bestow Your grace and blessings Mother, we are worried about our deeds and accounts.
Hence, the Divine Mother is always aware about our deeds and thoughts.
