આટ આટલી અરજી કરી મા, તોયે દયા તને આવી નહીં
આટલી નિષ્ઠુર બનશે તું મા, એવું કદી મેં માન્યું નહીં
જાણે અજાણ્યે ભૂલો થઈ હશે, યાદ એની રહી નથી
હું તો એ બધું ભૂલી ગયો, યાદ એની તું વીસરી નથી
કર્મો હું તો કરતો રહ્યો, પણ મારાપણું વિસર્યો નહીં
શિક્ષા મળશે આટલી, એ કદી હું સમજ્યો નહીં
પુણ્યની મૂડી વપરાતી રહી, પુણ્ય ભેગું થયું નહીં
વિચલિત સદા હું તો રહ્યો, સ્થિર કદી થયો નહીં
માયા હૈયે વળગી રહી, માયામાંથી કદી છૂટયો નહીં
શ્વાસ ખાધો ન ખાધો તોય નામ તારું હૈયે ચડયું નહીં

Explanation in English
Sadguru Shri Devendra Ghia ji lovingly known as Kakaji by his followers. He is the apex of knowledge. In this Gujarati Bhajan Kakaji is in introspection of Karma (Deeds ) as each and every deed done is counted by the Almighty and accordingly you bear the consequences of it. Law of Karma (deeds) prevails.

I have been continuously making so many requests O'Divine Mother, but you don't have mercy on me.
I never thought you would be so cruel.
Knowingly Unknowningly I may have made mistakes, but I don't remember.
I have forgotten all these things, but you remember not to forget.
I have been doing my Karma (deeds ) but I never forget myself.
I never understood that I would be punished so much.
The stock of virtue was used continuously but never thought to accumulate virtue.
I have always been distracted ,never been stable .
Mirage always clings to my heart. I never freed myself from mirage.
Kakaji here wants to create awareness among humans, that they are lost so much in illusions that every breath taken in or left out the name of the Divine Mother never came into my heart
