We do, we do, we do; everything we do

Everything in life we do, still do not know what to do.

How to do? Why to do? will have to think what to do

More and more we do, we come to know how to do

Everything in life depends on what you do, how you do.

We do and we do in life, still we do not know what we do

Many times something we do, we come to know how to do.

All the time we do, we do in life; we do not know how to do,

Right thing we should do, to bring right result we should do,

Everything we do brings results, right and wrong things we do.

English Explanation

In this English hymn, Kaka informs us how we ourselves are responsible for all our actions and how we need to think things through

We do many, many things in life on a daily basis

Oftentimes, we do things on auto pilot without giving it much thought

We do not pause to question why we must do something and how must we do that

If we were to actually stop before acting on impulse and question ourselves, and as we practice this more and more, we will become more and more aware of many things

Our life is based on the impact of what things we do and how we do those things

Even then we do things without thinking it through

Some actions we take will enable us to know what we actually did while on some, we will not know at all

But if we do the right actions at the right time, it will surely bring us the desired results

Even if do not do the right actions, it will still bring us results, but it will not be our desired results

Any thing we do in our life, whether good or bad, right or wrong, will always have consequences. These consequences are actually our Karma. We must deliberate on our actions such that we take correct actions and not get tempted by taking wrong actions which may falsely entice us, but ultimately will never be of any benefit. Once we are able to understand all the incorrect actions, we will be able to also understand all the correct actions. Only after being able to discern this, we will be able to focus on taking all the correct actions.
