Kaka promises to take us to all pilgrimages

Jai Gurudev!
Satguru bhagawant ne koti koti pranaam!

In the year 1998, my friends and relatives were going to Vaishnodevi for a pilgrimage. They asked me to join them. I told Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) that my friends were going to Vaishnodevi for a pilgrimage and were asking me to join them. Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) told me that I could go with them. I refused to go. I told Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia), "For me, you are my pilgrimage. I don't want to go anywhere. If you are going then I will come with you." Kaka was very moved and said that he will take me on all pilgrimages. It is true, I never went on any pilgrimage alone till the time Kaka was in his physical body. I never felt the need to go on any pilgrimage at that time. While Kaka was physically present, he took us to a pilgrimage in South India including Madurai, Tirupati, Kanyakumari but his physical health prevented him from taking any further journeys. Kaka subsequently left his physical body in 2006.

In 2014, the first call for a pilgrimage came for Mount Kailash. Kaka was now fulfilling the promise he had given me in 1998. Subsequently, we went on several pilgrimages till the year of January 2020. To think that I would have to trek to these high altitude places in my forties was unimaginable. Kaka guided us to the hidden treasures in Girnar, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Vaishnodevi, Nandadevi, Adi Kailash, Om Parvat, Char Dham, Banaras, Kanyakumari, Manimahesh, Kinnaur Kailash, Sikkim, Narmada trail, Amarkantak, the jyotirlingas, and even the Asta Vinayak Ganapati yatra. Not to forget the holy caves of Shiv Khori, Amarnath, Patal Bhubaneshwar, Gupta Ganga, Trilok Nath, nabha mata, etc. Pilgrimages would not be restricted to a particular religion but also to gurudwaras in Amritsar, mount Sinai in Egypt, the four quarters of Jerusalem, the monasteries of Spain, and many more. In all these pilgrimages, the dates and itinerary would be set by the divine command. These pilgrimages were sources of purification, churning, and cleansing of the mind and the soul. These pilgrimages were also sources of blessings from the divine in different forms. To increase our faith, we would get darshan of shiv-shakti in various forms in the mountains (not imaginable but all staring starkly at you). We even could take photos of these darshans and have treasured them in our memories and photo galleries.

I clearly remember the words of Kaka in his voice even today - I will take you on all pilgrimages. It is so true. Kaka is not restricted to the physical body. The divine presence of his is even today existent, ever pervading and eternal. He is constantly guiding, taking care, and leading us towards him.
