દેશ, પ્રદેશ તો જીતે રાજવી, મનડા જીતે રે યોગી
તન ને મનથી જે તૂટી જાશે, બનશે કાં રોગી કાં ભોગી
English Translation:
Countries, territories are triumphed by kings, mind is won by a sage,
One who breaks down within the mind and the body, will become either sick or a victim.
