ઢોલના ઢમકારે, શરણાઈ ના સાદે, આનંદ તો રેલાયે માડી તારા નોરતામાં

તપસ્વીના તપમાં, ભક્તોની ભક્તિમાં, અનોખા રંગ રેલાયે માડી તારા નોરતામાં
ઉમંગભરી બાળાઓ, ભરી ઉમંગ તો હૈયે, ગરબે તો ઘૂમે માડી તારા નોરતામાં
અશક્તમાં શક્તિ તો આવે, શક્તિના દર્શન થાએ, માડી તારા નોરતામાં
કૃપા તારી વિશેષ વહેતી, ઝીલે સહુ પ્રેમે ધરી, માડી તારા નોરતામાં
રંગબેરંગી વસ્ત્રો પહેરી, ઘૂમે સહુ નર નારી, માડી તારા નોરતામાં
શ્વાસે-શ્વાસે ઊભરાયે શક્તિ, પગલે-પગલે દીપાવે શક્તિ, માડી તારા નોરતામાં
દુઃખદર્દ હૈયેથી ભાગે, નામ તારું જ્યાં ઉચ્ચારે, માડી તારા નોરતામાં
થાક સહુ જાયે ભૂલી, સાનભાન તો જાયે વીસરી, માડી તારા નોરતામાં

aśaktamāṁ śakti tō āvē, śaktinā darśana thāē, māḍī tārā nōratāmāṁ
kr̥pā tārī viśēṣa vahētī, jhīlē sahu prēmē dharī, māḍī tārā nōratāmāṁ

śvāsē-śvāsē ūbharāyē śakti, pagalē-pagalē dīpāvē śakti, māḍī tārā nōratāmāṁ
duḥkhadarda haiyēthī bhāgē, nāma tāruṁ jyāṁ uccārē, māḍī tārā nōratāmāṁ
thāka sahu jāyē bhūlī, sānabhāna tō jāyē vīsarī, māḍī tārā nōratāmāṁ

Joyful young girls, filled with joy in their hearts, are dancing in your Navratri, O Mother.
The weak gets strength and gets the experience of your energy in your Navratri, O Mother.
Your grace is flowing in excess, and everyone is receiving it with love in your Navratri, O Mother.
Wearing colourful clothes, men and women are dancing in a circle in your Navratri, O Mother.
With every breath, Energy is overflowing, and with every step, the energy is transcending in your Navratri, O Mother.
Grief and pain runs away from the heart, as your name is recited in your Navratri, O Mother.
All the tiredness is forgotten, and all the sense are also lost in your Navratri, O Mother.
