Pinde Pinde Re Manva Tara Nartan To Dekhay Che

(Self Realization, Introspection)

Gujarati Bhajan no. 946 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati bhajan on fickleness of our mind by having a conversation with the mind.
He is saying...
We can see every human being dancing according to their mind.
The moment we close our eyes your (mind) dancing starts.
With every disorder your dance (dance of mind) becomes different and unique.
With dancing, body gets tired but you (mind)never get tired.
Every time, your dance is different, so one gets immersed in it.
You make us lustful and we get drowned in our lust.
Sometimes you make us ascetic and we get immerses in asceticism.
Forgetting about conscience, you keep on experiencing joy and sorrow.
Sometimes here and sometimes somewhere else, you just drag us everywhere.
You can reach everywhere, then why don't you ever reach Divine Mother's abode.
That is the only place where you get eternal peace.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining that the driving force of our being is our mind. But, as a matter of fact, we are prisoners of our mind. Our mind doesn’t rest even for a moment and make us dance in all direction. Sometimes in the direction of attachment, while other times, in the direction of detachment.
Sometimes, our mind is experiencing joy, while other times, is experiencing sorrow. Unfortunately, we do not recognise that wandering of our own minds actually steal our peace. Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is urging us to still our mind in Divine and focus in Divine, which will actually fulfil our being and find us eternal peace.
