In this English hymn, He encourages and motivates us to continue our journey on the spiritual path -
Our goal in life is to become one with the Divine
We have to strive to do this at all times
We should not stop this for any reason or under any circumstances
Every single step will help us to move forward, no matter how small a step it is
Whatever diversions may come up, we have to face it head on, resolve it and then continue our efforts
To become one with the Divine should be our most important goal in our life so that we know we have to work on this goal at all times
Even though we may have excitement and enjoyment from other things in our life, we must understand that the true happiness will only come after becoming one with the Divine ; hence, we must keep making steps towards the Divine
We should not let anything come in the way of our biggest goal in life, neither should we change our goal so that it becomes simpler or closer or easier to achieve
We have to have a steadfast desire to become one with the Divine and should not get swayed in any way whatsoever, even though we may get off the path and goal every so often. As there are too many things to divert us, we have to seek Almighty's help by surrendering ourselves to Him and let Him take over so that He can give us the strength and the resolution to go towards Him, while also enabling Him to grab us and pull us towards Him till we reach Him and become one with Him.
