ક્રોધના જ્યાં તણખા ઝર્યાં, ભોગ વિવેકના લેવાઈ ગયા

હૈયે ભડકા ક્રોધના બળી રહ્યા, વિના પ્રેમ કદી ના ઠર્યા
સાચા ખોટાના ભાન ત્યાં ભુલાઈ ગયા, અહંના તાંતણાં રચાઈ ગયા
વિના પ્રેમના છાંટે, એ તો જલતા ને જલતા રહ્યા
પોતાનાને પારકા કર્યા, દુશ્મનાવટના બીજ રોપાતા રહ્યા
ખૂન શાંતિના થઈ ગયા, દર્શન શાંતિના દુર્લભ બન્યા
દોષ તો ઢોળતા રહ્યા, દોષ તો પોતાના તો ના દેખાયા
અગ્નિ તણખા ઝરતા રહ્યા, જ્વાળા એ ભડકાવતા રહ્યા
શરમ સંકોચ છૂટતા ગયા, ભૂલના ઢગલા થાતા ગયા
સુલેહના ઝંડા જ્યાં ફરક્યા, તારાજીના તો દર્શન થયા

In this Gujarati bhajan, he shedding light on detrimental effect of anger in life,
He is saying...
When the sparks of anger are spilled, then the courtesy and civility is sacrificed.
This burning flames of anger, cannot ever be extinguished without love.
The difference between right and wrong is forgotten, and strands of ego are formed.
Then own are treated as outsiders and seeds of animosity are sowed.
Peace within is murdered, and vision of peace becomes scarce.
Blames are put on others, but no fault of own self is seen.
Only the sparks of anger are spilling, and big flames are ignited.
Shame and shyness get distanced, and pile of mistakes gets bigger and bigger.
When this all is recognised, then the disaster is finally seen and understood.
Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining that when one gets engulfed by anger, it has catastrophic effect not only on own self, but also on everyone and everything around. It robs one of peace. One loses all the perspective in life and it makes one behave in complete fake self worth, and drives everyone away. The mistakes after mistakes are made not realising between the right and wrong. Animosity and blames are generated. By the time one realises the detrimental effect of one’s anger, everything is destroyed. Anger is destructive and brings only destruction and despair.
