અંતરની વાત મારી, બીજા જાણે કે ન જાણે

તું જો એ ન જાણે માડી, એ મને તો ચાલશે નહિ
જગમાં સાથ બીજાનો, મળે કે ના મળે
તારા સાથ વિના તો માડી, મને તો ચાલશે નહિ
બીજા કોઈ યાદ તો મને કરે કે ના કરે
તું મને જો યાદ નહિ કરે માડી, એ મને તો ચાલશે નહિ

Explanation in English
In this Gujarati bhajan, Kakaji is worshipping the divine mother and praying to her, as he cannot stay without her, as he needs a mother in each and every step of his life. He is not bothered to get the attention of anybody else, in this world, but he needs the attention of the Divine Mother only.
Kakaji says,
My inner feelings are known by others or not, does not make a difference to me, but if you do not know about my feelings then that shall not be accepted by me.
In the world whether the company of others is met or not but if I do not get your company then I cannot do anything.
Whether somebody else remembers me or not but if you do not remember me then that shall not be accepted by me.
Whether anybody else in the world understands me or not, but if you do not understand me
that shall not be accepted by me.
Whether anybody else in the world ignores me or not, It does not make any difference but if you ignore me that shall not be accepted by me. Whether anybody else in the world considers me or not but if you do not consider me that won't be accepted by me.
Whether in the world if I get anybody's vision or not, it does not make any difference, but if I do not get your vision that will not be accepted by me.
