ભક્તિ કેરી વાટ છે આકરી, લીધી છે જાણીને માત
ભક્તિ કેરી વાટ છે આકરી, લીધી છે જાણીને માત
આવી પડે જે દુઃખ સહન કરીશું, લીધો આ નિર્ધાર
શું કરવું, શું ના કરવું, તે હું નવ જાણું માત
પ્રસંગ હજી પડયો નથી, નથી થયો તારો મેળાપ
પ્રહલાદને તે ઉગારિયો, ધરી નૃસિંહ રૂપ વિખ્યાત
સુધન્વાને તે તાર્યો, ધરી વિષ્ણુ રૂપ સાક્ષાત
વાલિયા ભીલને તે તાર્યો, જપ્યું ઉલ્ટું તારું નામ
કંઈક ભક્તોને તે તાર્યા, બની ધનુર્ધારી રામ
ભક્ત નરસૈયાની હૂંડી સ્વીકારી, ધરીને રૂપ શ્યામ
ભટ મેવાડાની નાત જમાડી, કીધા તે ધોળાના કામ
આ સઘળું જાણતા, હવે જાગી છે હૈયે હામ
સાચા દિલથી પોકારતા, કરીશ મારા પણ તું કામ

bhakti keri vaat che akari, lidhi che jaani ne maat
aavi paade je dukh sahan karishum, lidho a nirdhaar
shu karavum, shu na karavum, te hu nav janu maat
prasang haji padayo nathi, nathi thayo taaro melaap
prahaladane te ugariyo, dhari nrisinha roop vikhyata
sudhanvane te taryo, dhari vishnu roop sakshaat
valiya bhil ne te taryo, japyu ultu taaru naam
kaik bhakto ne te tarya, bani dhanurdhari ram
bhakt narasaiyani hundi svikari, dharine roop shyam

Here Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) tells the Divine that.....
I know that the path of devotion is difficult; yet have decided to walk on this path.
But I am determined to walk on this path no matter how many adversities I may have to face.
I am still clueless about the dos and don't of this path. But what I know is that....
The occasion has not arisen and I have not met You
You came to rescue Prahalad taking Narsimha Avatar.
You came to release Sudhanva in the form of Vishnu.
You enabled the hunter called Valiya despite him reciting your name in the reverse order.
So many other devotees you rescued as the archer Ram.
You accepted Narsi Mehta's bond, disguising as Shyaam and got him out of trouble.
You organised the feast for Bhatt Mewad community and served everyone.
So I know that if there is truth in my devotion, You will always be by my side, helping me to carve my path.
I know that the path of devotion is challenging, yet I have decided to walk on this path.
The question that arises in my mind is why devotion? Just like Salt, it is an essential ingredient in all savory dishes because salt helps bring out the flavors of all the other spices. Just like that, devotion helps us high light our pleasant nature. Devotion allows you to be happy and content in any situation.
