મા, જોતા તારી વાટ, નયનોનાં નીર સુકાણાં છે
મા, તારી ભક્તિમાં ડૂબતાં, સંસારના સ્વાદ ખારા લાગ્યા છે
મા, તારા ભાવમાં ભીંજાતાં, તન-મનના ભાવ ભુલાયા છે
મા, તારા ભક્તો પરનો ભાવ જોતાં, હૈયાના ભાવ ભીંજાણા છે
મા, તારા મુખનું દર્શન કરવા, આંખ મારી તલસી રહી છે
મા, તારા મુખની વાણી સાંભળવા, કાન મારા અધીરા થયા છે
મા, તારા ગુણગાન ગાવા, જીભ મારી અધીરી બની છે
મા, તુજને નમન કરવા, હાથ મારા અધીરા બન્યા છે
મા, તારાં દર્શન કરવા, હૈયામાં અનેરા ભાવ જાગ્યા છે
મા, કૃપા તારી પામવા, આંખોનાં નીર ખૂબ વહાવ્યાં છે

મા, તારા ભાવમાં ભીંજાતાં, તન-મનના ભાવ ભુલાયા છે
મા, તારા ભક્તો પરનો ભાવ જોતાં, હૈયાના ભાવ ભીંજાણા છે
મા, તારા મુખનું દર્શન કરવા, આંખ મારી તલસી રહી છે
મા, તારા મુખની વાણી સાંભળવા, કાન મારા અધીરા થયા છે
મા, તારા ગુણગાન ગાવા, જીભ મારી અધીરી બની છે
મા, તુજને નમન કરવા, હાથ મારા અધીરા બન્યા છે
મા, તારાં દર્શન કરવા, હૈયામાં અનેરા ભાવ જાગ્યા છે

mā, tārī bhaktimāṁ ḍūbatāṁ, saṁsāranā svāda khārā lāgyā chē
mā, tārā bhāvamāṁ bhīṁjātāṁ, tana-mananā bhāva bhulāyā chē
mā, tārā bhaktō paranō bhāva jōtāṁ, haiyānā bhāva bhīṁjāṇā chē
mā, tārā mukhanuṁ darśana karavā, āṁkha mārī talasī rahī chē
mā, tārā mukhanī vāṇī sāṁbhalavā, kāna mārā adhīrā thayā chē
mā, tārā guṇagāna gāvā, jībha mārī adhīrī banī chē
mā, tujanē namana karavā, hātha mārā adhīrā banyā chē
mā, tārāṁ darśana karavā, haiyāmāṁ anērā bhāva jāgyā chē
mā, kr̥pā tārī pāmavā, āṁkhōnāṁ nīra khūba vahāvyāṁ chē

O Divine Mother, while waiting for You, the tears in my eyes have completely dried up;
O Divine Mother, while immersing in Your devotion, the pleasures of this world taste bitter.
O Divine Mother, while getting drenched in Your love, all consciousness of body and mind is forgotten;
O Divine Mother, seeing Your affection for Your devotees, the emotions of my heart are deeply moved.
O Divine Mother, to behold the vision of Your divine face, my eyes are yearning restlessly;
O Divine Mother, to hear the words from Your lips, my ears have grown intensely impatient.
O Divine Mother, to sing Your sacred praises, my tongue has become deeply eager;
O Divine Mother, to bow down and salute You, my hands have become desperate with devotion.
O Divine Mother, to receive Your divine vision, extraordinary emotions have awakened in my heart;
O Divine Mother, to attain Your divine grace, I have shed countless tears from my eyes.
