`ma', me taane maari gani, haiyani vaat kaik kari didhi
tu have mane taaro gani, haiyani vaat tu karje jari
dilani vaat dil maa bhari, rakhi nathi tene adhuri
tu have taara haiyani vata, karje tu 'maa' ne puri
taari aankh maa ami bhari, drishti karje mujh paar jari
taaro maaro sambandha purano, sambandha taraph tu joje jari
taara maara antarane hatavi, hatavaje vheli tu jari
vinanti swikari a mari, vinanti kari che ashrubhari
sabandha che juno, saachavje ene maadi jo je tu mamatabhari

Kakaji in this bhajan tells us that we have have considered ‘Ma’ as our own and have revealed many secrets to Her-
‘Ma’, I have considered You my own, have told You many secrets of my heart
You consider me Your own, reveal few secrets of Your heart
Have kept the secrets in the heart, have not kept them unfulfilled
You reveal Your heart’s talk, tell Her
Let Your sight be filled with love, cast Your glance at me
Your and my relation is old, look at the relation a little
Remove the distance between ‘You’ and ‘Me’, remove it quickly
I request You to accept my request, my request is filled with tears
The relations are old, preserve it Mother fill it with mother’s love
The child’s heart, fill it with love, give blessings with love.
