કચરો સંગ્રહાય જો પેટમાં, એ રોગનું કારણ બની જાય

ખોટા વિચારો જાગે મનમાં, એ અશાંતિનું કારણ બની જાય
યોગ્ય ખુલાસો જો ન મળે, એ શંકાનું કારણ બની જાય
મોહ હૈયામાં જાગતા, એ અનીતિનું કારણ બની જાય
લોભ હૈયે અતિ ફેલાતાં, એ પતનનું કારણ બની જાય
કડવા વેણ અજાણતાં પણ બોલાય, એ વૈરનું કારણ બની જાય
સંતોષ હૈયે વ્યાપતા એ સુખનું કારણ બની જાય
અસંતોષ હૈયે બહુ જાગતા, એ દુઃખનું કારણ બની જાય
કર્મો અજાણતાં પણ કરતા, એ ફળનું કારણ બની જાય
સાચું જ્ઞાન હૈયે જાગતા, એ આનંદનું કારણ બની જાય
સાચો વૈરાગ્ય હૈયે જાગતા, એ ત્યાગનું કારણ બની જાય
વિકારો હૈયેથી હટતાં, એ પ્રભુ દર્શનનો પાયો બની જાય

By giving many examples, Kaka (Satguru Devendra Ghia) is explaining here, how you need to feel the right, think the right and act the right in order to connect with God.
If you eat wrong food, it becomes the reason for disease.
If your heart is full of wrong thoughts, it becomes the reason for unrest.
If you do not get proper disclosure, it becomes the reason for doubts.
If you are too attached, it becomes the reason for wrongdoing.
If you have too much greed, it becomes the reason for your downfall.
If you speak hurtful words even unconsciously, it becomes the reason for revenge.
If you have satisfaction in your heart, it becomes the reason for happiness.
If you have too much dissatisfaction in your heart, it becomes the reason for unhappiness.
When you do bad karma (sin) or good karma(virtues), it becomes the reason for bearing the consequences of it.
If you have true realization in your heart, it becomes the reason for detachment.
When all disorders in your heart are removed, it becomes the basis for connection with God.
So easily explained, but so difficult to implement, but one has to continue trying, trying, trying....
