જીવન માર્ગ, સમજ (Life Approach, Understanding)

English Bhajan no. 5548 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka
We have to go, we have to go, we have to go.
We have to go; where we have to reach, there we have to go.
Make a move in right direction, where we have to go.
We have not to stop at wrong places and move too and fro.
We have to move fast and fast and not move slow.
We have to traverse the path and know where we have to go.
Every now and then, we have not to stop in between, where we have to go.
Not to wile away time, move fast and reach where we have to go.

Explanation in English
Our dearest Guruji, Shri Devendra Ghia (lovingly known as Kaka), a complete and total devotee of the Divine Mother and the Almighty God, in all their many appearances (Avatars), has written an incredible 10,000+ hymns with Divine inspiration. In this English hymn, Kaka shows us how we need to live our life with purpose :

It is very normal and common for us to live our life with no higher purpose other than to achieve the material and worldly success

But, we have to realize that we really need to actually progress towards the higher purpose in our life through a life of sincere service to everyone and God

We need to make our maximum efforts on this and not get bogged down or linger at intermediate or diversionary steps

As none of us know how much time we have in this world, we need to act fast without any type of delays or hesitation

Forward momentum will lead us to progress, while stagnation should be kept at bay at all times

Small successful efforts will lead to more successful efforts, which will again lead to even more successful efforts. When you sum up all of these small successes, you will realize what a huge success has actually been achieved. This is evident in everything we do in life. So, we can channel this by making incremental steps towards becoming one with God.

He has written about 10,000 hymns which cover various aspects of spirituality, such as devotion, inner knowledge, truth, meditation, right action and right living. Most of the Bhajans are in Gujarati, but there is also a treasure trove of Bhajans in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.
