Gujarati Bhajan no. 1102 by Satguru Devendra Ghia - Kaka

Explanation in English
Shri Devendra Ghia, fondly called Pujya Kaka, our Guruji has given treasure of bhajans through which he is guiding us, influencing us, illuminating us and being with us always. In this bhajan of life approach,

He is saying...
What is written in your destiny, if you can’t read it correctly,
Don’t put blame on the destiny, accept your lack of skills.

After the resolution, if you don’t act,
Don’t put blame on resolution, accept your laziness.

Divine Mother is omnipresent, if you can’t see her,
Don’t put blame on Divine Mother, accept your own lack of vision.

If there is unrest flowing in your heart,
Don’t put blame on peace, accept your own fickleness.

Kaka is explaining that blaming others for our situations is a tendency of every one. For all our experiences or lack of experiences, we should look for answers within us rather than blaming it on external factors. We can’t see Divine Mother because of our own ignorance, we feel restless all the time because of our own fickle nature. Even our destiny is written entirely on the basis of our own actions. Kaka is urging us to own up to our endless thoughts, our actions, our ignorance, our imperfections. Acknowledge our own faults first and then move forward from there.

He has written about 10,000 hymns which cover various aspects of spirituality, such as devotion, inner knowledge, truth, meditation, right action and right living. Most of the Bhajans are in Gujarati, but there is also a treasure trove of Bhajans in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.
